As international organizations have encroached upon existing natural rights, they have tried to replace them by creating new so-called reproductive “rights.” While the actual definition of these terms in the public forum are loose and mutable, an International Planned Parenthood Federation (IPPF) declaration names “sexual rights” as “an evolving concept that encompasses sexual activity, gender identities, sexual orientation, eroticism, pleasure, intimacy and reproduction.” Advocates that push for these rights include abortion, family planning and contraception as part of this "evolving concept."
