If you would like to contribute to C-FAM on a regular basis you can do so by filling out C-FAM's Monthly Automatic Donation Form.
   
You can also become a monthly contributor by calling 1-866-353-CFAM (1-866-353-2326) from the United States and Canada, just mention you would like to become a monthly donor.  (The donation office is open between the hours of 8 AM - 5 PM, Eastern, Monday through Friday, except major Holidays.)

You will then recieve a thank you letter after each donation, if you so choose.  For those in the US, in January of each year you will receive a letter informing you of your total contributions for the previous year for tax purposes.
 
C-FAM is a qualified 501(c)3. All contributions to C-FAM from the United States are
tax-deductible.
