Bradford Short, J.D.

     Bradford William Short worked as C-FAM's Research Editor directing the International Organizations Research Group (IORG) White Paper Series as well as helping with C-FAM’s UN monitoring operations in 2004 through mid 2007. Mr. Short received a bachelor's degree in History & Policy with an additional major in Philosophy from Carnegie Mellon University in December 2000. 
     
     Mr. Short graduated from the Fordham Law School in May 2004 where he made the Dean's List two of his three years at Fordham. In law school he specialized in Anglo-American Legal History, and he is a member of the American Society for Legal History.
    
     Mr. Short has published three major law review articles on the legal history relating to the assisted suicide movement and the constitutional inalienable right to life. "History 'Lite’ in Modern American Bioethics" and "The Healing Philosopher: John Locke's Medical Ethics" both appeared in the peer-reviewed law journal, Issues in Law & Medicine (vol. 19 and vol. 20, respectively).
